Just come back from 750km cycle from Mkech – Test – Talouine – (taxi to Agdz) – Zagora – M’Hamid – Zagora -Agdz – (taxi ti Ait Benhaddou) – Taddert – Ait Ourir on touring bikes. Loved it. Not sure I felt the same way as your positive spirt at times, particularly on the big passes, but one hell of a place to cycle eh?
