Given it is only held on with four plastic clips, does it rely on the chest harness to remain on when under severe load or can the four clips and no zip system support someone’s full body weight by itself?

I’ve bought a Palm Extrem EV and I’m really pleased with it. I want to add a hydration bladder – is the Palm 1.5 litre one the recommended one to get in terms of fit, or are there any more available?
