I had enrolled on a workshop and a masterclass on the Saturday. I was very impressed by the skill with which the coaches dealt with the wide range of ages and abilities. The coach of the White Water Workout was absolutely inspirational. I gained a tremendous amount from the session and it really boosted my confidence.
