Hopefully somewhere warm with rivers slightly less brown than the Thames

Do you have a favourite spot/drop/rapid/move?
Favourite spot: Hurley, though both Buseater (Ottawa, Canada) and Nile Special (Uganda) come a close second.
Favourite rapid: Silverback, White Nile – truly unpredictable!
Favourite move: Anything with air!

What paddling trip should everybody make at least once?
White Nile – get there quick before the dam is finished.

What advice do you have for anybody wanting to take their paddling to the next level?
Set yourself achievable goals, alternatively just keep having fun.

Who are your paddling heroes?
The mighty Deb P – showed me that girls can go as big as the guys.

All time favourite piece of Palm kit?
I don’t think I could choose just one – I love the Naiya ladies cag at the moment.

Favourite type of Pie?
Steak and Ale – in a proper pie case (i.e not the namby-pamby-puffy top that pretends its a pie)
